GlassCut is used for precise angle-grinder cutting of delicate, brittle materials: glass, glass and ceramic mosaics, ceramic and porcelain tiles, glazed porcelain and plastics such as acrylic. The diamond is electroplated and the thin kerf limits material loss. Best results come from wet cutting in shallow passes.
The electroplated diamond layer cannot be re-sharpened.
